Hometown Property Sales has Exclusive Listing Representation agreements with their sellers, and in a transaction where a buyer is working with a real estate broker, Seller authorizes and instructs Hometown Property Sales to offer cooperating compensation as specified below:

• 113 Garrison Drive East Petersburg PA 17520 in the amount of 3% of the gross Purchase Price paid from the Broker’s Fee at closing, to a cooperating broker who is the procuring cause of a successfully closed transaction.
• 1055 Lampeter Road Lancaster PA in the amount of 3% of the gross Purchase Price paid from the Broker’s Fee at closing, to a cooperating broker who is the procuring cause of a successfully closed transaction.
